Dunearn Gardens Sold For S$468 million In Latest En-bloc Deal
A subsidary company under Singapore developer EL Development has bought the District 11 development of Dunearn Gardens for S$468 million in an en bloc sale.
The land rate of the transaction is $1841psf ppr, after taking into consideration 10% bonus balcony area, and adding S$43.6 million development charge to the en bloc sale price.
Dunearn Gardens is located near the Newton MRT station.
It has a site area of 95,442 square feet and a plot ratio of 2.8 under the 2019 URA Master Plan. The project was completed in 1992.
The new development developed by EL Development will be a branded residences named Pullman Residences. It will have a total of 340 apartments comprising of 1 to 4 bedrooms.
