77 units of Kopar at Newton condo sold at launch
Kopar At Newton developer CEL Development Pte Ltd has sold 77 apartments during the launch of the project during the weekend.
On average, the price of the Newton condo is $2350psf.
The majority of the apartments sold were 1 and 2 bedroom units. One of the penthouse at the District 9 condo , which has an area of 3,305 square feet, was also sold at the during the weekend.
