Sales of new private homes holding up in August
The sales of private apartments and condominiums in Singapore remained strong in the month of August 2019.
More than a thousand new units were sold during that month.
The projects which achieved notable sales include the recently launched Parc Clematis, The Florence Residences in District 19, Treasure at Tampines, Parc Botannia, Parc Esta in District 14 and the executive condominium of Piermont Grand.
Two of the upcoming project launches in September and October are the District 11 condos of Pullman Residences and Neu at Novena. Pullman Residences is located just 3 minutes walk from the Newton MRT station, while Neu At Novena is just 4 minutes walk from the Novena MRT station.
